Warranty & Return Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At DINO RINSE, we stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant that your electric nasal irrigator will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If your device stops working due to a manufacturing defect during this period, we will replace it free of charge.

What Is Covered?

  • Motor & Pump Failure: If the device stops suctioning or spraying due to internal motor failure.
  • Battery Issues: If the device fails to charge or hold a charge under normal usage conditions.
  • Waterproofing Seals: If water enters the internal electronic compartment despite proper closure of the reservoir.

What Is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Misuse or Abuse: Dropping the device, impact damage, or using the device for anything other than nasal irrigation.
  • Improper Maintenance: Mold or clogging caused by failure to clean the device after use, or calcification damage caused by using tap water instead of distilled/boiled water.
  • Incorrect Charging: Damage caused by using non-compatible high-voltage adapters.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic scratches or discoloration that do not affect performance.

Hygiene & Return Policy

Your child's safety is our priority. Due to the personal nature of nasal hygiene products, we classify this device as a personal care item.

  • Unopened Boxes: You may return unopened and original packaging products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Opened/Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for refunds on devices that have been opened or used, unless the device is confirmed to be defective under the warranty terms above.
