Return & Refund Policy
At Dino Rinse, our goal is to help your little ones breathe easier. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. The "Hygiene Safety" Rule
Please understand that Dino Rinse is a personal care device. Just like a toothbrush or a pacifier, once the box is opened, we cannot accept it back for health and safety reasons. We do not restock or resell used items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your Dino Rinse device for a full refund if it meets all of the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition: The product is brand new, unopened, and the safety seal is intact.
- Proof: You have the order number or proof of purchase.
If you opened the box and realized you bought the wrong model or color, please do not use the device and contact us immediately.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Dino Rinse arrives damaged, or if it stops working due to a manufacturing defect, you do not need to use the standard return process.
These issues are covered under our 1-Year Warranty.
Please email us with a video or photo of the issue, and we will send you a free replacement immediately.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email our support team with the subject line: Return Request - Order #[12345].
- Please include a photo of the unopened box to verify the seal is intact.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the package:
- We will notify you via email that we have received your item.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
